Getting Started with nutrition Tracking

Tracking your nutrition is the first step toward achieving your goals. nutrition offers features you won't find in other apps: customisable meal sections, coach integration, and complete goal history.

Set Your Goals

Before you start tracking, define your goals:

  • Weight loss
  • Muscle gain
  • Performance optimisation
  • General health

Customise Your Meal Sections

Unlike other apps that lock you into Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, nutrition lets you create meal sections that match your lifestyle. Go to Settings → Meal Sections to customise.

Log Your Meals

Start by logging everything you eat in your custom meal sections. Use our Open Food Facts database, free and community-verified.

Use the Database

The nutrition app uses Open Food Facts, a free, open-source database with millions of foods. Search by name or scan barcodes for packaged foods.

Track Macros

Monitor your macronutrients:

  • Protein
  • Carbohydrates
  • Fats

Review and Adjust

Regularly review your nutrition data and adjust as needed. The app shows you trends over time and maintains a complete history of your goal changes.

Start simple. Don't try to be perfect from day one. Consistency is more important than perfection.
